ABOUT

I like wine, people and stories around wine. Both can talk. I like to cook and experiment (a little bit) with food. Though we can't survive without drinking and eating, food and wine is more than just satisfying our daily needs. It can be simple and yet tasteful or more elaborate and demanding. Depends from mood. But always, as much as possible seasonal and regional. With right wine. Wine from western part of Slovenia and it's vicinity.
As architect I like to combine environment with both of my passions; wine and food.
